REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds for food and beverages are not offered once an order has been prepared or delivered, accept in any case the incorrect order was received. If there’s any issues with your online order please reach out within 24 hours so we can work together to resolve the matter. Taste is a preference, while we won’t offer a refund due to dissatisfaction on taste we are willing to offer a tasting of a different flavor, if available. 

  • Invoices must be paid within 24 hours. Unpaid invoices are automatically canceled and the requested date/time may be released to other customers.
  • Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any allergies before ordering. No refunds will be given for allergic reactions.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
