REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds for food and beverages are not offered once an order has been prepared or delivered, accept in any case the incorrect order was received. If there’s any issues with your online order please reach out within 24 hours so we can work together to resolve the matter. Taste is a preference, while we won’t offer a refund due to dissatisfaction on taste we are willing to offer a tasting of a different flavor, if available. 

  • Refunds for floral products—if there is a question of your floral products freshness please reach out within 48 hours of receiving them so we can replace them. We take pride in ensuring that our flowers are fresh and high quality. Please be sure that you properly follow all floral care instructions given at time of the order, to avoid any mishaps, negligence, misuse, or improper care. Custom arrangements are non-refundable once completed. Custom arrangements are arrangements that’s put together tailored to your special requests and add ons.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Customer date is kept confidential and secure, your information will only be used to record sales, or send out marketing information and updates.
